Zayd had moved faster than I ever had seen him before, his cane flying off the porch, catching Kain’s father in the air and slamming him to the ground hard, “Don’t underestimate me. I may not be as good as I used to be, but I’ll still rip your throat out.” he growled down at him. The look on Kain’s father’s face was priceless. He definitely wasn’t expecting Zayd to be the one to get him.
