Chapter 3

Aster gently ran her hand up Lyra's leg, starting at her ankle and ending at the juncture of her thigh, gathering the soft gauzy material of her dress in the process. Ignoring everyone else in the room, she kept her eyes trained on Lyra's turned face as she ran her hand to her most intimate place. She was surprised to find that her new wife wasn't wearing any underwear. The Canis People had no body hair and the feel of her smooth legs, slightly parted and giving her easy access, left her slightly aroused. She caressed her lips from top to bottom, inching further inside and down towards her opening with each stroke. Up and down her hand grazed Lyra's body, finally reaching her center after a few strokes. She increased the pressure and began a circular motion on her clit before brushing down and inserting her finger, deeper with each pass. Up and around, down and into her wet folds, she moved her finger waiting to see that Lyra was relaxed enough for what she was planning to do. Her wife was making tiny thrusting motions with her hips, so she took that as her cue to increase the intensity. Aster squeezed her thighs together, feeling her unappeased arousal as she eagerly fingered Lyra's dripping wet p***y. Using the heel of her hand, she rubbed and thrust until Lyra was giving tiny moans and riding her hand with both of her knees fallen outward. Aster knew she would c*m any minute and this would be over, so she increased her speed; thrusting into her so hard and fast that her body was giving small upward jolts with each motion. As she felt Lyra's walls begin to clench in orgasm, she gave one final hard thrust upward and felt the trickle of blood running down her hand. At the same time, Lyra's thighs clamped onto her hand, holding it in place as she rode out the feeling of pleasure. She waited a minute until she felt her legs relax then withdrew her hand, wiping the blood of Lyra's virginity on the sheet beneath her. She reached for Lyra and brought her up to a sitting position with her face pressed to her shoulder. "It's over, I'm going to get you to our apartment so you can relax." Lyra had her face turned down and didn't speak, she simply nodded her head. Aster turned her eyes to the council, "send my wife's guard in please." She waited for the Elder Council to speak, as Lyra was taken out of the council room, and contemplated what had just happened. She was surprised to find herself aroused but was interested in pursuing a mutually pleasurable relationship with Lyra. Finally, one of the elders spoke, "The marriage of Princess Lyra and Astoria Black will be recorded in our records tonight. I am pleased to officially announce the two of you as Queen Lyra and Queen Astoria Black. While we still have to discuss the matter, I believe we can all agree that our records will show Queen Lyra exhibiting a commanding and skillful presence. We sincerely thank you Astoria for stepping into this position and saving our beloved princess from the possibility of a horrible future. I genuinely feel that you have the ability to bring innovative changes to the Canis Space Center, and bring many benefits to the Canis People." "Thank you for your kind words Elder. Now if you will have someone show me to my office, I have a lot to consider before I meet with Morax tomorrow, and I would like to get some rest with my new wife before morning." Aster was exhausted and wanted some time to herself, but it would have to wait. She had officially taken on a huge responsibility and found herself married in the process. I may never get a moment to relax. God, I hope this was a good decision. Aster gave a slight shake of her head to clear her thoughts as the Council stood from their seats and gathered their things to leave. A servant approached her from behind, "Your Highness if you will follow me, your office is right down the hall. I will await you there and assist you with any of your needs, before showing you to your new apartment." Aster nodded her head, "Very good, let's get this over with." She followed the servant, who she discovered was named Jase, to the office. It was a large light grey room with a big wooden desk and cabinets full of files. There was nothing personal in the room, and Aster made a mental note to redecorate this room. If she was going to spend a lot of time here, she wanted it to be comfortable. She then jumped into learning everything she could about Morax. She was pleased to see the old king had kept detailed reports on nearby space centers and other civilizations that he did business with. She learned that Morax was the leader in precious metals and gems in the Canis Dwarf Galaxy. This was something that she could use to her benefit in their meeting tomorrow. Surely his goal in wanting to marry Lyra centered on the wealth of her people. If he was interested in money, then she had a plan to help both of them profit, and he would never feel like he had missed out by losing Lyra as a wife. Now it was time to get some rest, but before that could happen, she had to have her first real conversation with Lyra. She had to admit, while she was quiet, there was passion hidden in that woman. Perhaps they could build a normal marriage. It would be terrible to find that they barely tolerated each other. There were too many obstacles to overcome to start thinking negatively now. With that thought, she stood by the large wooden desk. "Jase, I am ready to go to my apartment now. Later this week I would like to go over some decorating changes with you. From now on, I would like you to be my assistant. I believe I will need all the help I can get around here, and you seem to know everything. Now, let's get some rest. I would like you to have breakfast sent to me and my wife at 7 in the morning. That should give me plenty of time to get ready for the meeting. Do you know if they found a suitable wardrobe for me? Or at least an outfit for tomorrow?" She followed Jase through the hallways of the space center as she rambled. "I will have everything ready for tomorrow, don't you worry. A small wardrobe has been placed in your closet, but we could take time in the next couple of weeks to get you fitted for everything you will need. There will be many events you will need to attend. For now, let's focus on getting tomorrow over with. Then you will have some so-called personal time during the mourning period. That will be the perfect time to collect yourself and get a little accustomed to what will be expected of you." Jase stopped at a pair of large gold-plated double doors with a guard on each side. "This is the entrance of your main quarters. To the right is another set of doors that are the exterior of Queen Lyra's rooms, but your rooms are also conjoined so that you can have access to both suites. You each have a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a sitting room, as well as a large family room and kitchen for mutually entertaining guests in private. I will leave you here unless you require any further assistance." Astoria shook her head to indicate no, "thank you Jase, that is all for today." She opened the door to her suite and looked around. To the left were a large canopy bed and side tables placed on a raised platform with dimmed lighting. In front of her was the sitting room, which consisted of a couple of couches, tables, and an electric fireplace. Lyra was curled up on the end of the couch facing the fireplace, seemingly entranced by the fake flames. The entire center was climate-controlled, so it was more for aesthetics than anything else. The sitting room opened up to a seated balcony that overlooked a private tropical garden. She could hear birds singing and the distant sound of flowing water, and she wondered if the birds ever flew into the suite. To the left of the sitting room was the small kitchenette with a breakfast nook. There she found a buffet set out with fruit, cheese, and cuts of meat. She eyed a bucket of Champagne and wine at the end. She walked past the sitting room and took a plate to fill with fruit and cheese. She grabbed the bottle of champagne and two flutes from the table, then walked to the couch Lyra was seated on. She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice Aster's presence until she sat next to her on the plush couch.
