  Jolting awake suddenly, I fly up out of the chair; my eyes scan the room with a fever. "Fuck." I groan, realizing I did exactly what Raph had warned me of. My eyes dart to the couch, and I am relieved to find that Daniel hadn't moved. Taking out my phone, I see that I'd only passed out for not even a half-hour. "Thank Christ," I mumbled, leaning up in the chair. Standing to my feet, I stretch; the pain in my side was gone, thanks to the medication. But the growling in my stomach makes me aware that I needed to eat, and I start to walk towards the kitchen. The girls must have been really enjoying time out in the yard. Cute that they had such fun together. Walking towards the fridge, I open it up and take out contents to make a turkey sandwich. Laying it all out on the counter, I step back
