“Do you need to grab something to eat?” Sarah, Sterling’s mother, asked as she entered the hospital bedroom, followed by Bernard, her husband and Sterling’s father.
Zeke shook his head. He was back at the same hospital again, this time seated on a chair next to Sterling’s bed inside a private room on the eighth floor. He was exhausted, and he was certain he must look like a crazy person at the moment.
