'Sage what did you do?'
'Teach that little worm a lesson in respecting his superior.'
'Not that. How'd we talk to him? He understood us, we mind-linked with him and everyone else that was there. They all could hear us,' I asked as we worked our frustration at Sam on the steep incline of the mountain trail.
I could feel Sage think on my words and then nonchalantly shrug. She got her message across to Sam and the fact that they all could actually hear her threat didn't bother her in the least.
'And here I thought we were going to try to be good after the Benate incident not even a few hours ago,' I huffed.
