Trisha Bell came out of bathroom, wrapped a towel round her body and walked slowly to the mirror. She let the towel off, applied cream sensually on her body. She closed her eyes, feeling the coldness of the cream on her skin, and she felt a need for a massage.

“I am sorry for sneaking on you…”

“Ahhhh!” Trisha let out a short scream. “How dare you come into my private room?”

“You -you are still naked.” Jack said closing one eye.

“Don’t act like you are modest. Close both eyes.”

“I did not mean to leave any open, it is a reflex action.’

She quickly pick her towel and wrapped it round her body.”

“Did you just say leaving your eyes open while I am naked is a reflex action?”

“Yes and there is  biological explanations.”

“Don’t be stupid! You do not have any right to come into my house, my private bedroom without my consent.”

“I know. The security man told me that but I had no choice.”

“How did you get in?”

“Back door.”

“Why?”

“I do not have your contact number and I had to see you urgently.”

“Go and wait for me in the living room.’

“I don’t know where that is?”

“How did you come in here?”

“I came in through the window.”

“Then go out through the window..’

“Trisha we don’t have time for this.”

She frowned.

“Did you just call me Trisha” What happened to Miss Bell or madam?”

“Really? I am sorry ma’am but I am in a state of agitation right now and I am so desperate right now.”

“What do you want?”

“Answers. I got home to find my project vanished and that includes my mother and my sister. My only family.”

“I’m sorry about that.” She said. “It is all over the news and I still find it like a joke.’

“It is real, Tris…Miss Bell.’

“Call me Trisha. I was just kidding. You mean people, houses and cars just vanished within seconds with no trace?”

“Yes. I must find what happened. I must find my mom and sister.’

“Why did you come here?”

“Part of the reasons I snuck in. You may be in danger.’

“What kind of danger?”

“Immediately I left here, I was waylaid…”

“By who?”

He told her about Boe, Doe and Dolbycato.

“I had to escape from them. I did not give them the solution. They know you have it and they would come for you. I have seen them, they are very dangerous.”

Trisha sighed.

“I am sorry I never told you about Dolbycato. I know he is after it. I know he killed Agent LMP-30 for it but I never knew they would come for me.”

“They have been watching you.”

“I will have to report to the police.’

“That is a good one but …Dolbycato shot Boe right in my presence and the guy did not die. I don’t know what those guys are.”

“What do you suggest?”

“We should find a place to hide, figure things out …”

“Find a place and hide? You and me? Are you flirting with me, like looking for excuses to be in seclusion with me? I have a boyfriend and I am not s*x starved…’

“Shut up!”

“What? Did you just say that?”

“You need to shut up! I need to find my family, and I am in trouble already. Having your name in Dolbycato’s black book is not a sweet thing to think about and my name is in it right now. We have to find a way out of this.”

“Why did you come to me? I get the part of Dolbycato will come for me but you are not here for me. You are here for your family. But I don’t know what the missing project has to do with this.”

“Dolbycato said things that did not make any sense to me at first. Wait, what is his connection with you or your father?”

“I have known him since I was a child. He worked for my father for years but he was fired Seven years ago. He embezzled a lot of money and somehow became so rich. I really don’t know about him now.”

“Are you the only child Mr. Bell left?”

“I have a brother who is currently undergoing rehabilitation. I had a sister we lost three years ago. She died along with my boyfriend so I am about the only one left. I lost my mother ten years ago. I got a step mother who happens to be a b***h so we don’t cross lanes. Enough of the questions. Tell me why you are here.”

“Dolbycato said, this gesture of mine made me see the idiosyncratic nature of man. I have set some blokes up on the way to new dimension, but instead they chose the way to hell. That is so crazy, right.  Another good example is what is happening right now.  You have what I want, I am offering you an amount that is higher than what she offered, and I ask you to keep it all, and you will enjoy working for me, and what? You decide to go along with it, is that not cleaving the new dimension to the path of hell? Who would do that? Only the lost soul, broken into shatters, awkwardly retrogressive, and thick-witted. I know you are a smart guy.”

“You have said nothing special.” She said.

“The special phrase is new dimension. He also said, take the new dimension. The world is stupid and oblivious to realities. The co-ordinates of the BL are dynamic but the masters capture it, and fixing a permanent adjustable pack for BL eternity. The coordinates must lead to only one dimension, and refracted angles are allowed according to the laws. It is closer than you think and that is why I have to be part of the glorious change. I feel ashamed to have been part of this word and could do nothing to redirect it. I hope humanity will forgive me someday but that day is near because having you find the solution right under my nose is a sign that my coordinates fall into place.”

“Okay, I hear more new dimensions..” she said.

“And they all lead to one dimension. These are deep words full of hidden meanings.’

“I never knew you were a connoisseur of words.”

“It did not make any sense to me at first but I remembered some things I saw in your OS..”

“What is OS?”

“Operating System. I felt something unconventional about the electromagnetic waves used. They did not have the properties of radio waves but that is just an observation. I may need to work more on that. But I am sure I saw ND with a slogan take a new dimension and under this is Super-humanity. I don’t know what that means so I think it is imperative I go through the OS and the Applications on it.”

“Are you trying to insinuate that Bells has something to do with your missing family?”

“I feel there might be a connection here. While some people were making comments on the mysterious disappearance, a man said  I guess it is the new dimension. I keep hearing new dimension and I see it in your program, that is enough to make an hypothesis. Why is Dolbycato after it? He knows about 778- Transaction and needs it for something. I am sure it all has to do the New Dimension and this dimension has coordinates.”

“What exactly do you want?”

“I need full access to the who program. We have the solution, we can go into it.”

“Really? I just met you last night and you expect me to let you have access to it?”

“I had access already and If I wanted to clone it, I would have done that.’

“Maybe you did not think of it then and this is an afterthought. I’m glad you thought of it late.”

“Listen Trisha, there is something going on right now that is beyond our comprehension but if we don’t do something, it might escalate to something bigger…a gargantuan beast that will savage us all.”

“Jack, I need to get dressed up and you are making me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for letting me know that Dolbycato knows I have it. I will find….”

They heard a crashing sound before a gunshot.

Trisha stopped talking and her eyes increased in size.

“What was that?” She asked.

Jack moved quickly to the window and peeked.

“s**t!”

She joined him.

They saw her security man lying on the floor, bleeding and looking dead.

Standing over his body was Boe.

“They are here.” Jack said.

“Oh my God! For real?”

“You saw him. I am sure Doe is on his way up here now and you would not like to meet him.”

“What are we going to do?”

“Get the drive and we leave.”

She looked confused.

“I have a gun.” She said and ran to her drawer, brought out a gun and gave it to Jack.

“Guns don’t kill them but I will hold it. The idea is not to fight them but to escape.”

“What the hell did Dolbycato get into? He has men that guns don’t kill.”

“Get dressed…”

She had only taken a step towards her wardrobe room when they heard steps . Jack held her hand and asked her to hush. He did not want her to see how scared he was. He had been caught by bthis men and he drugged them and went away with their money without giving them the solution. He did not want to imagine what they would do to him. If anyone needed to be scared, it was him.

“Get the drive and forget the dress.”

She opened a safe stuck to a wall and removed it. Jack collected it and put it in his bag.

The sounds of the steps stopped. Jack guessed whoever was coming was by the door.

Trisha was shivering. She knew Dolbycato had become very dangerous and after he killed Agent LMP-30, she saw how desperate he was.

Jack ran to the window and peeped again. The guard was dead and Boe was not there.

He gesticulated to Trisha. They had to leave through the window.

She was only clad in a towel and she wondered how she was going to do that.

‘I can’t.” she whispered.

“We do not have a choice. They are inside the building…”

Baaang!

There was a sudden, loud crashing sound that made her scream. The door bust open, with a part breaking off the hinges. Doe had punched the door.

“Come on.” Jack grabbed her and pushed her through the window. “Hang on the sill.” He said.

Doe made a rush at them. Jack was still in the room while Trisha was hanging on a sill.

Jack saw the giant coming after him, with his deadly easy set on him, making Jack feel like they spat fire which burnt him. He raised the gun and shot at him twice.

The first bullet hit him on the chest. Jack noticed the impact. The bullet made him stop for a split second. The second bullet hit him on the forehead.

Doe had to stop, touched his forehead before he continued moving.

Jack fired two more shots. The bullets had little impact on them and that was important to him. He used the stopping moments to go out through the window, grabbed Trisha and made them jump. She had not expected it. He held her as they jumped and she let out a shrill cry.

They landed on a pile of grasses cut by the gardener which were about to be disposed. This gave them a softer landing.

“Am I hurt?” Trisha asked. “Did I get a broken bone?”

“You are almost naked.” Jack said and pulled her up. She tied the towel round her body again.

“Let’s get a car!” She said.

“The gate is locked.” Jack said. “But we have to try.”

Doe peeped. He jumped out of the window too and landed like a cat.

Jack opened the door to a car and slid under the wheel. She got in beside him. She was scared and wished she had left the project alone. She was not ready for this.

“Damn it! The car keys are inside.’ She said.

Jack knew there was no key. He broke the ignition and started the car engine.

Doe was behind them, walking towards them, with his hands spread and clenched into fists.

Jack made an abrupt reverse, with a high velocity. Doe had not expected that move. The car moved back powerful and rammed unto him. The car pushed him backwards until he was slammed against the wall. His head hit the wall, and he felt like his intestines were cut.

Jack did not waste any second. He accelerated, sending the car forward. He was aiming for the gate. He hit the gate but it did not open. He needed to do that like two more times. He reversed the car again. He wanted to hit Doe again to get him weaker and give them more time for escape.

Doe was still by the wall. He saw the car coming. He clenched his hands, sent his lips between his teeth; he let out a loud rumble and blew the car. The booth of the car went off and the tyres screeched as the two opposing forces meet.

Jack had to stop the car but sent it back again. Doe could not avoid it this time. The car hit him and he was slammed to the wall.

That was when Jack saw standing in front of them. He saw Doe standing behind them.

Jack suddenly pushed his leg on the gas pedal, sent the car forward. Boe did not try to dodge. He sent his leg forward and retarded the car, then Doe gave the car a side punch. Boe followed up with a punch in the same direction from the front and the car was left spinning round.

Jack quickly left the steering wheel and grabbed Trisha. They wore no seat belts and that turn could make them dizzy.

“Enough!” Someone said and Boe used his  to stop the car from spinning.

Trisha was breathing hard, panting and gasping while Jack tried to stabilize her.

“This is so romantic.”  The short chubby man said. “Hello Trisha. I have not had the privilege to condole you about the death of your father. It is nice to meet you again. I am sorry for coming unannounced. Please come out of the car. We should go inside and talk. You and your hacker.”

Jack made a move like he was going to open the door but instead; he started the car engine and tried to move the car back. Doe quickly pressed the back. Jack was expecting that move. He used the gun to fire shots backwards and hit Doe on the fore head. All of these happened so fast.

Doe had to let go. Before Boe could block the car, Jack accelerated and hit the gate. The headlights, bumpers all crashed. Boe made a jump and climbed the roof of the car.

Jack did not relent. He pressed his foot on the gas pedal, swaying the steering wheel while he shot at the roof of the car. He shot continuously until Boe had to drop from the car. Immediately he dropped, he saw Doe running after the car. Jack saw his and wondered how someone could be that fast. Jack accelerated; Doe was so close so Jack pressed his leg on the brake pedal. Doe hit the car and was flung into the air. Jack did not wait to see the reaction. He used the opportunity to drive off.

“Oh my God!” Trisha exclaimed as they drove off. “What did Dolbycato get for himself?”

“I hope we find it in the drive.”
