I woke up with the biggest pain in my chest. Augustus broke my heart last night. He made me sound like such a slut. Is that the image he has of me? Just kissing anyone that looks sad? I thought we had a moment, but he didn’t correct me when I told him we shouldn't have. He didn't argue or insinuate that he felt any other way. Instead, he made it sound like I wouldn’t be able to forget his kiss, as if he had some god-like kissing skills, which he actually kind of does. I just wanted to pretend that it never happened. I wanted things back to normal between us.
