Corina
The car pulled up to the pack and we felt the looks on us as we got out and walked to the pack house. Some were bowing. They knew. Others looked sad, a few even looked angry but none mad moves to attack thank goodness. This was already hard enough. I felt James squeeze my hand even tighter as we paused. We were approaching the pack house. I unknowingly tensed up. "We have to do this. Its right and needs to come from us." He placed a quick kiss on my cheek. "I know. It's just really sad and even worse because I don't know why. " He sighed. "Yeah. That will make this worse." We went up the steps to the pack house and James looked like he almost knocked but thought better of it and opened the door. It makes sense. We are the alpha and luna now.
