“How is it Midterms already?” I asked Lia as we walked to our first test of the day, Intro To Elemental Magic.

“Are you two ready?” I asked them, and they shrugged.
“Did you even study at all?” Lia asked, and again, they shrugged.
“You two are ridiculous,” I said right before the teacher stepped in. He handed out the tests, and I started right away. I had been studying my ass off the last week for this, and it was worth it. I knew every answer and finished before any of my friends. I waited in the hallway, and Lia was the first out.
