nkechi why

there was a girl in a village of IMO called Nkechi,she was staying with her grandma who sales food stuffs to make a living with Nkechi.

one day nkechi met a girl called Nneoma.

Nneoma was 21yrs old while Nkechi was just 19yrs old. so the two became friends and was moving around together but Nkechi grandma was against it and was trying everything possible to stop Nkechi from moving around with Nnneoma but Nkechi refused to listen to her.

one very faithful sunday Nneoma told Nkechi that they will be going for a birthday party which Nkechi agreed on following her. so after some minutes Nkechi took her bath was preparing for the party that was when her grandma came back from church and asked her reason why she didn't come to church and where she was going to.

Nkechi quickly told her grandma that she wasn't feeling to strong that's why she couldn't make it to church and she is not going anywhere. her grandma said OK and went inside her room.

few hour later her grandma friend came and told her grandma that is time for the village meeting so she went to prepare and they both of them left for the meeting while she was living she asked Nkechi to look after the house without knowing she has a plan of her own which Nkechi agreed on and the grandma left for the meeting.

immediately Nkechi prepared and left also with Nneoma. when they both get to the party there Nneoma introduced Nkechi to her friends,jude and the rest of the Boy's.so they brought some food and drinks they were all enjoying, joking and partying

suddenly something happened Nkechi became dizzy cause she was drugged they moment they find out that she can't control herself and have fallen at sleep they took her inside a room and raped her.

few hours later when she got herself she discovered that something has gone wrong within her and she needs to start going home before her grandma would return and start looking for her by the time she checked her wristwatch is already late to start going home alone, she tried looking for Nneoma but she was nowhere to be found.

so after some minutes her friend Nneoma came to her asked her if she wants to stay over or go home she answered immediately that she wants to go home, so they both left the party on getting home Nkechi grandma is already back and have been looking for her everywhere. so when she saw her coming back home late the grandma wasn't happy at all.while Nkechi who went inside she was feeling pains all over her body, the next days Nneoma didn't visit her nor call her...so she started thinking about what could have happened...few days later she discovered that she was pregnant but she doesn't know who the father was.

when the grandma find out about the pregnancy she asked her who responsible for it but couldn't say anything. everyone around was involved in the matter of Nkechi but nothing seems to make sense.until she narrate the story of the party immediately the grandma and other family member went out to look for Nneoma she was nowhere to be found in that village.
