Laura is growing more beautiful each and every time I see her. Her smile is giving me actual goosebumps. She is sitting there just looking at me, and smiling. I forget everything that I was talking to the kids about. I asked about her, and I was told that she was sleeping, so I let her. She has gone through a lot, she needed to rest. I really missed her though.
I decide to dismiss the kids so that I can go to her. She is just smiling to me as I come to her. She looks radiant, maybe it's because she had a good rest. But something has definitely changed in her, something I have never seen in her before.
“You look happy.” I ask her, sitting next to her.
