Phoenix was still sleeping and it was almost time for me to leave him for a while. I couldn't bear to go away from him even for a little while, but I had no other option but to follow my responsibilities and fulfil them. So, I decided to just stay peacefully until I had to finally make a move.
As I held his hand, I couldn't stop but felt it being too warm. I covered him up well and didn't want him to fall sick with all this.
"Why did you do this, Phoenix? If something had happened to you, I could've never forgiven myself. The fact that you ended up in the forbidden forest was even scarier. Please, don't deer do this again." I conveyed to an unconscious Phoenix.
I let Sofia look after him when it was time for me to go and bid farewell to all the Alphas. N
