Phoenix wouldn’t let go of little Malden. We even had the late lunch and snacks but he wouldn’t let go. I was preparing him to leave but he wouldn’t listen.
He wanted to keep playing with him to the extent that he wanted to take Malden back home with us. I somehow made it so he would give Malden to Danielle but he was so stubborn that he wouldn’t.
I didn’t want to yell on him because I knew he’d be more stubborn after that. The only option was to sweet talk to him and everyone were looking at me. I didn’t want to appear soft in front of everyone right here.
“If my actions from here are spread, beware of my punishment.” I warned them and they nodded. I sighed and turned to Phoenix.
