" Why are we going to the stupid party again?"

" Because it's fun and we deserve to enjoy ourself especially you because all you do is work." My brother Kayden shouts down the hall at me.

" Well when you're one of the alphas of the most powerful Pack in Northern America there's a lot of work to be done."

" True but it's also important to get the stress out."

That was typical Kaden for you he loves to party and have a good time. Always a different she-wolf on his arm. He was the easy going twin. We may be identical but it's only when it comes to looks.

I enjoyed more structure and rules. I wasn't much into parties but Kayden was always dragging me out to them when we had free time but since taking over the pack was rare.

" Who knows you might even find a she-wolf to warm your bed for the evening."

" That's more of your thing brother, not mine."

" All I'm saying Kyson is maybe it will help take the edge off and it's just what you need to relax more you're always so uptight. Now I'm going to go get ready and you better be ready because you are not wiggling your way out of this!"

With that I shut the door and begin getting ready. I hop in take a quick shower.

I step out in just a towel. I decide to wear some black jeans with a black v-neck And black vans. I put on a gold chain just to complete the look. I don't bother doing anything with my hair I just run my fingers through a few times.

There's a knock on my door and I open it to see Kaden staring at me expectantly.

He was wearing pretty much wearing what I was wearing except all white.

" You ready to go bro? can't keep the Ladies waiting."

I just rolled my eyes and tossed him the keys which he caught mid-air.

" So where's this party at anyway?"

" It at the Twilight Moon pack and you know they threw the best parties."

Kaden responded with a big Goofy grin on his face.

As soon as we reach the location of the party and stepped out of the car my wolf was on the edge. I couldn't pinpoint why, it wasn't like an alert like there was Danger but I can't shake the feeling that my wolf was expecting something. I did my best to push this feeling to the back of my mind against my better judgement.

It wasn't long before Kayden brought me over a beer.

" Sip on this relax enjoy yourself find a she-wolf."

I didn't respond to him and just took the beer, I chugged it. I found it too busy inside the house so me and Kayden went outside by the pool. We weren't by the pool too long before I smelled something intriguing. I kept sniffing the air trying to pinpoint the scent I felt possessive over that sent.

" Do you smell that?" I look over to my brother and ask.

He also was sniffing the air taking a deep breath.

" Yeah it smells like the sweetest smelling Rose I've ever smelt."

Then it happened me and my brother locked eyes with the most beautiful She Wolf we have seen.

"MATE!"

We say simultaneously. However as soon as the words left our lips she passed out. I've never moved so fast in my life I caught her before she hit the ground. As I held her studying her unconscious form trying to etch every detail of it into my mind, Kayden was growling at on lookers especially males.

We didn't even have to speak a word to each other we knew what to do. I picked her up Bridal style and ran with her through the house to are parked car. I didn't want to take my hands off her but I carefully handed her over to Kayden. He sat in the passenger side with her clutch to his chest protectively. One of his hands lately stroking her beautiful curly hair. I hopped in the car on the driver side the engine roared to life. I don't think I've ever driven so fast in my life I was in a hurry to get a home to get our mate safe.

As soon as I pulled into the driveway I let out a breath I didn't know it was holding. My brother still had our mate in his arms as we rushed upstairs. He stopped for a second in the middle of the hall.

" What room do I take her to?"

" We can sort that out later for now let's just take her to one of the guest rooms but a nice one."

we picked one of the nicest guest rooms we have. I turn down the covers of the bed and helped my brother take her shoes off. Next we took our shoes off and then got in the bed next to her on either side. both of us just lately holding her and caressing her.

" She's so beautiful." I whisper out loud.

"Do you think she's okay why do you think she passed out? should we call the pack doctor?" Kayden asked us he looks over at me concerned.

" Probably just the shock of the mate Bond hitting not once but twice. I think she's fine for now we just have to wait for her to wake up in our own time."

I could feel my wolf purring he was enjoying being near his mate and having contact with her. I agreed with him she was absolutely stunning I couldn't take my hands off her the Sparks I was feeling were addicting.

Suddenly Kayden started chuckling to himself.

"what's so funny over there?"

"you didn't want to come to the party"

" oh f**k you"

I say is I threw a pillow at him and I began to chuckle.
