As soon as I saw the lifeless body I grabbed Carmen by the hand leading her away. I didn't want her to have to see that. I quickly mind linked my Beta, explaining the situation and that I needed him to come get Carmen.

Carmen tried to push past me, However I grabbed her stopping her as I let out a growl of warning. Carmen just stomped her feet and crossed her arms and looked at me annoyed. Luckily beta Elijah showed up.
