Alyssa's POV
Three Weeks Later...
"Please take it easy. You should be in bed." Kaylin sighs as we walk thru the packhouse. "You just got out of the hospital a couple of days ago. You're still supposed to be resting." she reminds me.
"The doctor says that I need to exercise every day, so my legs get used to walking again." I point out.
"So you're not going to go play with the boys once we get outside to where they are playing?" Kaylin eyes me skeptically.
"Maybe just a little." I shrug and stop walking to rest. I feel like I've walked a mile already. I'm still pretty sore, but I can't walk far without my legs getting really tired. I guess that happens after you lay in a bed for pretty much a whole month.
