*One month later*
Vasilisa’s POV:
It’s been one month since the deal with Mr. Rashid.
Many have appreciated my hard work and I have made many friends in the office. Many asked me to accompany them for lunch and I accept their offer. It’s fun to have company. Even though I can’t speak about the problems am facing with anyone, it feels good to know that people acknowledge your work and try to be friends with you. It makes you feel wanted.
Valerio always looks angry, but he has not yet said anything to me. But the s****l abuse still goes on. He always f***s me and leaves. Sometimes I feel like he wants to say something, like he is planning something. But again, it just maybe my constant fear of him hurting me.
