Mercy had been chatting with Felix on the phone it was true and sometimes could even see him when it was a video call but she was having premonitions. She wanted Felix to be back fast because his continual stay in the village was scaring the wits out of her. She may not have a personal experience of these things but she knew from all she had read and the experiences she had heard others talk about that it was difficult to completely quench an old flame as any little smoke was enough to spark it back to life. So the more Felix stayed in the village, she was sure the slimmer her chances of getting him back and the higher the chances of him going back to Gift.
She had not been in this type of situation and wasn't sure what to do but to keep trusting him blindly. So she prayed to God to help
