Lillian's POV I quickly grabbed the bottles I needed and then rushed back to his room. When I entered, I found him looking out the window with his back towards me. I felt horrible just looking at him; sadly, I couldn't say it. I felt sad whenever he was sad, even without having his mark. That's why I was doing my best to cheer him up. I moved to the bedside table and put the bottles there, then went to him and wrapped my arms around his waist while resting my head against his back. I wanted him to feel my warmth and the beautiful tingles that spread between us whenever we touched because I knew how they did wonders.
