Love at first sight

Chapter 1

The sun is out in it full glory,radiating and given a golden touch to the flowers.Everywhere looks beautiful.Tony is going to Sought college for the first time.His joy knew no bound when he was giving an admission into one of the best college .Sought college is one of the best college in the city of Liverpool ,it is the dream of all parents to see their wards go to sought college.

Sought college is not only the best in the city but his environment is also beautiful.At the entrance of the college is a signboard that welcomes people into the school.There is a lot of flowers in the school which gives the college a captivating look.The college building looks ancient but alluring.It is a college dominated by white but only blacks who are intellectually endowed are given admission into the college making them a minority.

Tony is singing as he is walking to the bus stop which is a walk of five minute from his house . Immediately he got to the bus stop he sight a bus coming towards him,he waved and the bus stopped.He entered into the bus and saw a lady,it was love at first sight,she looks prepossessing,she wore a red gown,the gown really looks good on her,her air which is curly and dark makes her more beautiful,her dark face makes her more beautiful to behold.

He sat down beside this pretty damsel and looked away.After ten minute the bus stopped for the students of the college to alight after seeing to it that everyone alighted,the bus left.It was after the students alighted that Tony got to realize that the pretty damsel beside him in the bus is a student of Sought college."Awesome",he said quietly.

Tony walked fast to meet up with the lady,"Good morning, beautiful",he said this slowly ,"Good morning",the lady replied,her voice sounds lovely ."How may I help you?",he ask."I am a new student here and I want to tell you that you are beautiful",he said shyly ,"oh,thank you"she said blushing."What is Your name princess",he said and looked away,"Lydia is my name".

The bell rang which means the orientation is about to start,they look at each other and ran together into the college.After the orientation,they did the necessary registration after they are done for the day they boarded bus together sitting together.

Tony could not stop looking at the Lydia,she is sitting beside the glass,the air keep blowing her hair making it rough but despite this she still looks beautiful.Unknown to Tony, Lydia is also looking at him with the corner of her eyes.She felt goosebumps but decides not to give love a chance in her heart."Can you please give me your phone number ?",he said amidst noise she called the number.

She was the first to alight from the bus,not only is her face beautiful but her back view also brings into softness an hard heart.Tony did not know when he followed her to alight ,"Are you living around her?,she said looking curious,"No but I want to walk you home","okay, she said .

For about Five minute ,there was silence,Tony broke the silience,"I know this may sound obnoxious but I love you ,I want you to be my girl"he said this with all sincerity , Lydia looked at him and responded after two minutes,"I think I love you already",this sentence sting Tony's ear,he hugged her tightly ."Thank you,he muttered.

They walked hand in hand till Lydia almost got home .He said his good bye and they parted ways.Tony feels happy as he journeyed back home,he felt on top of the world.He got home tired ,he went straight into his bedroom.He could not stop thinking about her,the softness of her hand,her smile.

As Tony is about to fall asleep , Paul, Tony's father entered the room,"How are you doing,?","Fine ",he answered reclunctantly,"I am here to remind you that the main purpose of you going to that college is to come out the best and break the discrimination,the white are having against the black,let them know that we are both humans"."okay sir ",he answered feeling choked.Tony is an intelligent boy right from the scratch but he is not allowed to choose for himself,he has never choose for himself before,his father has always being the one choosing his dreams and goals for him.

He felt at peace when his father left,Paul is a man who is lives by principle.A man who always boast about his son everywhere he goes .Paul is also an intelligent young man too ,he also want to Sought college but he was unable to come to out the best which is something he wants his son to do.He is a professor in Thales college.

Tony looked at all the medals and trophies he has collected but neither of those awards has given him joy which his new found love is giving him."As nothing is as sweet as honey, nothing can be more pleasant as love"he smiled.

soon he slept off,in his dream,he saw himself and Lydia wearing clothes that looks like wedding attire,they were hugging and kissing each other ,suddenly someone showed up and took Lydia away,he shouted but no one is willing to help.He woke up confused.He checked the time,to his surprise ,5:30am,he got up to eat something because he did not eat lunch yesterday.He took his bath and start preparing for the day."Another day to be with my princess"he said joyfully.His phone rang,"Good morning"Lydia said,"Good morning",he responded."I am not coming to school today, I am not feeling fine"she said feverish,"okay"he said feeling downcast,the call beep to tell him that Lydia is no longer there.

He went to school feeling sad,he was a absent minded.Immediately the bell rang,he ran to the school entrance to take a bus.He tried calling her to inform her that he is Coming to pay her a visit but she is not answering.This further make him curious , alot of thought were coming to his mind.He alighted,he saw a woman selling a rose flower,he bought one and walk down to Lydia's house.On getting to her house,he knocked the door but no one answered but the door is not locked,he pulled the door knob and entered out of curiosity,he could hear groans,he traced the sound and he found.........
