Fire I had been right. After that afternoon by the lake, time seemed to fly by.  We had followed all of Barbara's instructions, and to my surprise, I started to enjoy our morning jogs. At first, it had been difficult. I couldn't manage to wake up so early without feeling defeated. Alex expressed her shock when she noticed I was getting up before she was, at the c***k of dawn. She even questioned if it was healthy for me to get up so early. When I told her that it was part of Barbara's plan to develop more stamina and strength, she quickly stopped arguing.
