Elena’s POV
I was shocked to hear that he had been calling around to try to find another pack to take her in. The pack's stunned silence in the room really spoke volumes. He was upset enough at his actions, let alone hers. So upset that he was willing to transfer her to another pack because of her actions. Most Alphas would not mention that they were wrong in front of their whole pack like this. Adrian had gone well beyond my expectations to set this straight. He wanted to make this right for me. I could see how angry he was from my chair. His chest was heaving in an effort to not jump down from the stage and just deal with Paige right now.
