Maggie’s POV
I could see the anger all over my mother’s face about what I had just stated to the courtroom. It was the truth, something that she knew little about. It made me sick to see her. To know that everything she had said to us while she hurt us, had been completely made up. I could see Tucker’s side in wanting to get revenge. I could understand it, as I had been angry too. She hurt us a lot over the years. It really seemed like she had been hurt, so she wanted to hurt us because of what Tanner did to her. Knowing that she lied about the whole thing was just unbelievable to me.
What had she been thinking? She told so many people about what had happened to her. I have heard that story a thousand times if I heard it once. To know that my mother went around bad-mouthing
