Adrian’s POV
I still cannot believe what Gorden said in our meeting. I have been so focused on keeping the pack running, training, and working for the council. I was just not aware of what was going on in my own pack. I feel like I need to speak to my mother about this. I need to make sure that my mother is aware that no further plans need to be made. I have a mate, and she is perfect. I had not told anyone here which pack she was coming from.
There was already a big stir in the pack about my finding her, but I hadn't told anyone but my ranked wolves who she was. She, and her family, were kind of a big deal.
