Paige’s POV
I was almost laughing when I got back to my room. That is what the b***h gets for trying to mess with me. I will not allow her to just come in here and take this pack away from me. I don’t care if she is his true mate, or not. I was glad she took off. It was a little embarrassing to watch Adrian hop up and chase after her, but he had backed me up when it counted. He made sure that I was safe, and that I didn’t have to fight her. I could tell that she was strong, and there was no way that I could beat her. I was honestly scared when she challenged me.
