“What is this?” Ellen asked, looking down at her phone. She had switched to speakerphone and was now holding the phone so she could see the picture of her and Varian sitting in a restaurant. She stared at the picture, and she saw that it was recent.
“It is trending online now; someone dug it out after saying that she saw you with Varian a few weeks ago. The comments did not believe her, so after a few minutes she posted this as evidence.”
“What is happening?” Ellen asked, feeling tears stream down her face. “What do I do?” she followed up. With the image of her and Varian going around now, she was going to experience a bigger backlash than what she felt now.
“I will try to get to the bottom of this; I am also on my way to Varian’s office, and I am sure his PR team would be able to do
