"I will get the test done" Ellen said looking up. She felt hurt in her soul but maybe this was her lot for deciding to be with someone like Varian. She was always glad that she kept her kids but times like this hurt deep into her soul.
"Ellen!" Varian said turning to her. "You do not have to do that, I trust you a hundred per cent" he added. Ellen was happy that he trusted her but if she did not get the test done now she knew that she would have to do it one day in the future. If it ever came out that he had kids she would have to prove to the board of directors that they were his of a truth.
"It is okay, I guess it is something I have to do," Ellen said shrugging it off. "The test would not hurt I am sure it would not hurt as well to have the results at hand"
