Varian could not believe that Ellen kicked him out with Ronan. He did not care about the relationship between them even though he had found out. He was her ex-husband however Ronan and Ellen never had a serious relationship themselves which was why it was easy for them to break it off and for her to marry him after just that short time frame.
"Let'stalk" Varian said as they stood outside waiting for their cars.
"Mr Meriwether, I would like to believe that we do not have anything to 'talk' about" Ronan responded air quoting the words talk and tilting his head.
"I would like to believe that we have a lot in common and a lot to talk about Mr Stitling" Varian said stressing his name and giving him a toothy smile.
"Make it quick I have a lot to attend to" Ronan said pretending to check
