Rowan’s self-control with Phil surprised me. I don’t think I could’ve done it. I mean, s**t, I punched a hole in is roof when I heard him trying to run and hide when I was banging on his roof. When Rowan and I were getting close to the club I could feel him start to tense up, not that I blamed him, that night was a terrible scene and only a few days ago at that. We were still closed for business; we used the excuse that we had to have a plumbing issue fixed. I’m not sure it would’ve made a difference to the general public if it was known that there was a drive-by shooting at the club or not, but it was always best to keep stuff like that as under wraps as possible.
