I was trying to stay focused. It was hard to with the way my mates looked at me.
This was my one chance to prove I was who uncle James said I was. If I failed, then his pack would not except me. They would believe I was just a human. I needed them to believe me. A queen is nothing without her people. That is the one thing Seth told me never to forget. The queen's job is to look after her people. Without her people, she is nothing. I looked at Rex and smiled.
