Ember (POV)
My teeth sunk into her neck. The feel of them piercing her skin felt satisfying. The feel and taste of her warm blood running down my throat was amazing. I couldn't get enough of it.
"Don't release your venom." Victor yelled.
Oh s**t. Is that what that bitter taste was in my mouth? My venom? I moved my lips from the red-heads neck.
"I think I did." I said, looking over at Victor.
"s**t!" Victor said and ran over to me.
The woman was looking up at me with a worried look. Victor looked at her neck. He leaned down and put his mouth in the same place I had. He started sucking her blood. After a minute or two, he stopped and looked at her neck.
"How do you feel?" he asked the woman.
"A little dizzy," she answered with a small smile.
"We have to get you to the hospital.
