Stephan (POV)
I spent the day with Ember. She stayed in bed. I brought her snacks and drinks. I helped her up when she needed to use the bathroom. We talked a little more today. She told me about her life in Dimitri's pack. She never talked about her parents. I didn't ask, I figured she would tell me when she was ready. She talked about her godfather Seth. She told me about Seth taking her to Jameson's pack. She even talked a little about Xavier and a guy named Sam and a lake. I was having a hard time keeping up with some of it. The pain meds were making her a little out of it. She fell asleep about an hour ago after her last dose of meds. I sat there watching her sleep.
I thought about how it might work with her having 2 mates. I was still shocked that she had 2 animals. I never heard
