I spent the next twenty minutes eating my breakfast with Victor. He was feeding on a 23-year-old law school student named Simon. It was his first time being a feeder. Apparently, Jason found out Victor liked new feeders, so he was making a point to find everyone he could for my mate. It was sweet.
I talked to Simon while I ate my breakfast and Victor ate his. Simon found out about the feeder program from a guy in school. Apparently, it's a good way to make cash and to relax from all the stress of classes. I didn't even know a feeder program was a thing, but apparently it is.
