I finish the wonderful dinner Isabella made and lean back in the chair. It was by far the best Mexican food I have ever had. “You really have a gift, don’t you?”
I watch her blush. She is so cute. “Well, I have to be able to cook if I want to be able to survive. I had to come up with quick ways to eat and find food when I was making my way over here. Other than that, my mother taught me to cook these things prior to her passing. Some things just never go away.” She picks her head up and smiles.
