As Alias and Lincoln left the house, I swear, I could feel the loneliness and the fear. I did get taken from here, so I knew I was going to need to get someone over here to keep me from going insane and in panic mode. I got up, slowly off the couch and walked to the door. Before I got a chance to unlock it, a slight knock was heard, coming from the other side. I could just hear my heart stop as I waited to hear who it was on the other side of the door.
“Yeah?” I answered so softly.
“Girl, open the door!” Mia shouted at me.
Sighing with relief, I opened the door and Mia walked in. She hugged me as gently as she could before she closed the door behind her and helped me back over to the couch.
“Why are you here?” I asked her. “I thought you were going to be with Adonis?”
