"Happy birthday Anna.." Nick's shout filled into my ears. I laughed as I carefully leaned down on the grass to let him run upto me.
"Thank you, Nicolas." I replied in a heavy voice mimicking his mother's tone.
He giggled. "Nick, not Nicolas." He reminded me, and I nodded.
"I know, love." I kissed his cheek.
"I got a gift for you, Anna." He said, his eyes shimmering. "One for you, and one for the baby."
"Aw." I scrunched my nose, "Turns out, I have a gift for you and your brother too. Where is he?"
"Jace is with mama." He replied in the cutest voice ever, and I ruffled his hair. He had the Brown genes in him, which meant the same nose and brown hair, just like Justin. Jace, on the other hand, got his features from Tara.
