Olympus Infiltrated

“And that is all for today students, we still have half an hour left. Use this time to prepare for the next session and go get some snacks while you guys are at it since some of you were on the verge of sleeping in my session earlier.” our teacher of the current session said as he pointed out those who were sleepy inside the room. “I’ll remember your faces so try to keep yourself awake not just in my sessions but to all of the session for the entire day. Always remember that there is not a single teacher in this entire world that is happy when their students just doze off in the sessions. But if I ever see you- yes you the same faces getting sleepy in my sessions in the future, I will make you do something that you will not really like.” He added as he finished gathering his teaching materials and left in that instant. The other students then sigh in relief after he left as they try to get comfortable with their seats. “Man, I can’t teacher- what was his name again? Well, whatever, he doesn’t let us get comfortable with ourselves in our seats that’s why others get so stiff since he looks like he is glaring every single time he picks someone to answer his question.” A student murmured in complete frustration.                        “What are you thinking?” Lance asked as he move his chair next to me in the meantime. I just look at him and then averted my eyes. “Nothing.” I replied to his face expecting an answer. “Is that so? But why is it that you look like you are definitely worrying about something?” he asked even thought I have already give him an answer. “It is something that you have nothing to worry about, I’ve been like this since the beginning so there is no need to be surprised if I want and look aloof.” I added another answer towards his question which surprisingly worked that made him silent or maybe hurt in any way but either way I made him shut up in a rather harsh way but even so he did not leave an inch from where he is sitting which made me really uncomfortable.                ‘This is the first time Rain chose to speak those words- maybe he is thinking of something important that he doesn’t want to be disturbed, then all I can do now is wait till he allows me to talk to him. It would be pretty rude if I still insist on doing what I want, this is all that I can do to support him in anything I can possibly think.’ I told myself as I continued to sit next to him without saying a word, Freya and Hannah looks at me like I was someone who is no myself. ‘This ladies- looking at me with those ridiculous expressions. I swear the guys in the entire Olympus is looking at them with the wrong impressions.’ My eyebrows twitch in annoyance after seeing their reactions.                *BAM!*                “What!?” Van slammed his hands on the table and managed to tumble some spoons and other utensils on the table. “Hey Van, I think you should simmer down with that reaction of yours, look you even spilled my soup.” Aron said with a blank expression as we stare at Van in utter surprise. “As I was saying- there are people who are waiting for you to reveal yourself. Though I am a believer that you are the Hero of the fallen, there are others who are far more dedicated than me to the point that they do not even tarnish your image and revered to you as their savior.” Kadmus explains as he arranged his utensils back to the way they are. “I see. So peoples like them still exist, I can’t believe that they still roam the streets. Olympus was in a pinch back then in the day because of them. Receiving news that some people may have trespassed every single day after the riot.” I said as I try to analyze the current situation. “I can’t imagine how was it back then- was it that bad?” Aron asked as he plunged a spoon in his mouth and I nodded my head in answer and then shakes his head in disbelief.                “Either way, if people like that exist then they might interfere with the plans that we are going to do this year. It must be a good idea to know if they are enemy or foe first.” Van suggested as he adjusts his glasses then Kadmus immediately grabbed his shoulder praising him for the thing that he said. “I like this guy’s way of thinking. That’s good, but the thing is that they have become a great group over the years. Sure, they were just some small group at first but now- I reckon they are an even larger group now no- group is an understatement, I think they are now a huge organization and they are all over the world.” Kadmus laid down the facts that almost blew our minds. “And I think they have already infiltrated Olympus.” He added with a smile in his face.                               “Hey Lance, can’t you read that Rain is deep in his thoughts and yet you still want to disturb him?” Freya said as she shake Lance really bad. “Well, it is almost time for the next session. We should talk after everything is finished.” Hannah said as she asked Freya to drag Lance away from me when all of the sudden the teacher for the next session entered the room and asked everyone to settle down in a nice way. My eyes widen when I saw something from the teacher that matched what Kadmus said before he left that day ‘Oh- I don’t know if it’s true but all of them seemed to have either wearing a bracelet with jade stone in the middle or have a tattoo of a little “H” under their left eye” he said with a really unreliable smile but now I think he is telling the truth. The teacher saw me staring at him and just casually smiled back and waved his hand with the same jade stone bracelet, he waved his hands like we have known each other for years or maybe I was the only one who doesn’t know him.
