"Sir." one of the female assistants worriedly called out as she walked along the catwalk fiddling with her tablet. "Subject 1's rejecting our protocols."
"We're also auto-detected some rogue code in Subject 23 and 27's systems, sir." announced one of the personnel manning a console.
"What in the world?!" exclaimed the old man as he rushed towards the man's console. "What's the problem now. What's happening with Subject 1? Why is she rejecting the protocols?"
"Sir, we're not sure. But we think it's the old files that we retained in a directory deep within its system." the female assistant explained. "We cannot remove it entirely without compromising its core data."
"I see." the old man acknowledged. "Monitor Subject 1 closely. We don't want to have to do another reset. What about Subjects 23 and 27?"
"Sir, they're showing similar signs as Subject 1." replied the personnel.
"Goddamn it." commented the old man. "Just the same as the previous one..."
