EVELYN couldn’t help herself but to laugh. She was laughing at Maverick’s face. Sa hitsura kasi nito parang humiwalay ang kaluluwa nito mula sa katawan nito.
“Stop laughing, my darling wife.”
Evelyn chuckled. “If you could only see yourself, Maverick. Para humiwalay ang kaluluwa mo diyan sa katawan mo.”
Maverick glared at his wife. “Stop laughing.”
But Evelyn really couldn’t help herself. Napahampas pa siya sa manibela. “You asked me to drive the car. I just drove it.” Inosente niyang saad.
Maverick closed his eyes. He took a deep breath and looked at his wife. “I said I wanted to teach you. But at least you should be gentle while driving the car,” Maverick argued.
“Bakit parang galit ka?” Evelyn pouted. “Hindi ko naman kasalanan na alam ko kung paano magmaneho.”
