A few months went by after this whole poison lube incident with Kevin. Kevin asked me if I would join him at his gym. I don’t mind, I like working out.
I got to the gym and checked in with the girl at the front desk. I admit I was flirting with her when I heard Kevin’s voice.
“She is married. And her husband will kill you.” Kevin said.
“Really, you are married?” I asked the girl.
“Yep, and there is my husband now.” she motioned over towards the gym area.
“Damn, all the beautiful ladies have already had their hearts taken. Just my poor luck.” I said to her.
“Ok, Romeo, let’s get on the treadmill.” Kevin laughed.
We were running on the treadmill, when Kevin said “I saw Jaime.”
