I see Ariadna looking pale and rush to her side. I manage to catch her before she hits the ground, a strange feeling of panic and need to protect her rushing over me. Zain is clawing at me to be let out so he can punish my sister and her mate for putting Ariadna through this.
"Really? Now she faints?" Garreth huffs and rolls his eyes.
"Babe, shut up. Now is not the time." Hazel dares to speak but quickly makes herself small when I glare at her.
"But she didn't even flinch when I attacked her. Oh man, did you see that? She really fought back, and she's quite strong. I'm impressed." Garreth continues and it takes all my self control not to snap his neck, but I must admit I have this feeling of pride growing inside me. She really is fearless.
