Chapter 8While Thomas had a tearful reunion with Alice and Cook, Thoth leaned against the door frame, as much to rest as to keep out of the way. He took a moment to study his watch and sighed. A month at most. Probably even less. I’m leaving a big responsibility on young shoulders and with no people his own to trust and help him. Except for Alice, of course.
