I was so happy to see Josiah’s stupid face, I almost cried. His face was the first thing that made any sense in this goddamned place. But then, I remembered that he had broken up with me. In a closet. And he was calling me Avalon too. But why wouldn’t he? That’s the person he was seeing with his eyes. I don’t know why, but I was disappointed that he couldn’t just tell it was me.
