Jade's P.O.V
The car had stopped and Kheshannah just got out of the car. But before she got out, she told me to stay put.
I counted as she went. I counted until it was three minutes. She came back after three minutes and opened the car door for me. I felt like a princess which made me cringe in disgust. I'm not fit to be one.
"Watch your head, babe," her tone was gentle.
My stomach made a flip when the word left her kissable mouth. When I stepped foot on the ground, my foot sank. Hmm, interesting.
The familiar salty scent of the sea confirmed my hunches.
I finally got out of the car. She closes the door and grabs me by the hand. She starts walking and I start stupidly following.
"We're almost there."
I hear people but I think there are only three or four of them.
