The beginning of lives is a mystery and so was the beginning of werewolves. Adaptation was the key. As those who adapted survived, but those who couldn't perished.
The birth of humans ,after prolonged ages of adaptations, is a known fact. Yet what about the adaptations that failed?
What about those who adapted , but couldn't do it completely?
What about those exceptional few stuck in between?
You are right. Those were the werewolves.
The first half human, half wolf.
A failed being who couldn't adapt fully, yet who did a miracle of surviving.
A Prodigy.
Yet,not everyone had such beliefs. The gods couldn't let something survive which couldn't develop fully into human beings.
Human gods considered werewolves as a threat to humans.
