I stand there still as Daniel steps towards me, his footsteps heavy.
"What are you doing here fiore? Haven't I told you to not go anywhere alone?"
My mouth runs dry, thank god! He looks back into the forest where Volkan left.
To only settle his eyes back at me.
"N... nothing Dan. I was not feeling well. I..."
Concern covers his features as he steps towards me, holding my face in his palms to caress my cheek.
"Only 2 full moons are left fiore. You have to be more careful from now on."
I nod. Looking down, not able to meet his eyes.
How do I tell him? Till now, I have only seen Daniel's soft side.
He will be so hurt..no I had to warn him before.
I have to tell him to be prepared for tomorrow.
