"They appointed your cousin Jiho to be the leader of the pack." Jinyoung announced during breakfast.
"Jiho?" Yoongi rubbed his chin. "I don't think he's responsible enough to be a leader."
"Who's Jiho? I've never seen him." Jimin asked.
"He's the oldest of my cousins, he's twenty five but he likes to mess around. He spends his nights partying and wakes up surrounded by women." the older shook his head. "I don't know what the Five Brothers were thinking to be honest."
"I heard that he was their only choice. No one agreed to take the position, he was the only one to accept it." the butler said.
"The pack doesn't need someone like him when the hunters are still wandering around." Yoongi said. "What kind of bullshit is this?"
"What about Jungkook? Can't he take the position?" the young Beta asked.
"Technically he can, but he wasn't trained for it. The pack needs someone responsible and a good fighter."
Jimin sighed and crossed his arms. "You should take it back, I don't care about the Five Brothers but you're the only one who can protect this pack."
"I wish." Yoongi said. "But you know I can't."
The younger pouted and kept staring at the window, wondering if there is any solution to this.
"Eat Jimin, eat." Yoongi told his mate, putting some bread on his plate.
"Yes, I will." the younger smiled. He took some scrambled eggs and filled his cup with fresh orange juice. "I heard Jungkook's birthday is in two days."
"Oh, yes." Yoongi nodded.
"What do you usually do for him?"
The Alpha pressed his lips and kept staring at his plate, too ashamed to look at his mate's eyes.
"Don't tell me you never celebrated your younger brother's birthday." Jimin mumbled, his eyes growing wider.
Yoongi shook his head. "You know how our relationship is..."
"Oh my god, you're the worst brother ever!" the blonde exclaimed.
"I know." Yoongi sighed. "I suck."
Jimin shook his head and took a sip of the juice. "Not anymore!" he said. "We're gonna finish this breakfast and head downtown to buy him a gift and all the things we'll need for his surprise party."
"Surprise party?" Yoongi raised an eyebrow.
"Yes." Jimin stared at Jinyoung. "Will you help us?"
"Of course young master, I always liked to prepare parties."
"Great!" Jimin smiled widely. "I'm gonna tell Taehyung about it."
"Oh, by the way." Yoongi said. "How are the things between you?"
"Well he's not as mad as he was but we still need to talk."
"It will sound stranger but I envy you." Yoongi said, making the younger confused. "Me too I want to have a fight with my brother, I want him to argue with me and I try to loosen up the things between us. I know it looks annoying to you but I wish I could have this relationship with Jungkook."
Jimin stared at him sadly and gently patted his back. "I know what you mean Yoongi and we're going to change it all." he smiled. "We will throw a party for him and both of you will have a serious talk. I don't like us all being separated by a wall, we should be like a family."
"You're right." the Alpha nodded. "Let's go buy that gift."
Jimin smiled widely and grabbed his mate's arm. "Let's go!"
