Jimin's POV:
I got bored after I ate dinner so I headed to the garden.
I walked slowly, admiring the beauty of the flowers blooming. I had a smile on my face because winter was finally coming to an end.
To be honest, it was never my favorite season, I always preferred spring, green spaces, cornfields and beautiful colors of different flowers, not to mention the chirping of birds and the return of swallows to beautify the sky with their majestic flight.
I saw Hyungsik sitting on a bench in front of the tulips. He was laughing at something on his phone.
Without lying or exaggerating, I could watch him laugh all day without getting bored.
I envy him because he is very attractive. It's not just because of his beautiful eyes or perfect body, but it was mostly because his personality complemented everything. I admire him because he takes life lightly, he doesn't just live his life, working in something he likes and using his money in buying clothes and go on trips.
The good life.
Sometimes I wonder why he isn't my mate instead of Yoongi but I guess I can't be that lucky.
Too bad.
I approached him not knowing if I should talk to him or not. After the little argument with Yoongi, I don't dare to face him. He didn't do anything wrong, he just helped me out of my cocoon and he heard Yoongi's treaths.
He surprised me staring at him and smiled to me. God, that smile will be the end of me.
"Hey Jimin, come sit." he tapped the empty space next to him.
I smiled awkwardly and slowly approached.
I sat on the wooden bench and stared at the flowers moving with the light evening breeze.
It was calm and very relaxing.
"How are you doing today?" he asked.
"I'm good." I rubbed the back of his neck. "My leg doesn't hurt that much, I could finally walk a little."
"That's a relief then." he smiled and stared at the scenery in front of us. "Looks like the sun will be leaving us soon." he added, contemplating the change of colors in the sky.
The blue was slowly fading and transforming into a mix of orange and pink, it was very gorgeous.
"That's beautiful." I mumbled quietly.
"Mm." he nodded.
"What were you laughing about?" I asked. "Were you watching something funny?"
"Oh, haha!" he laughed and nodded. "My friend sent me some memes."
"Oh, can you show me?"
"Sure." he unlocked his phone and opened the gallery. "Look." he showed me the screen and started laughing as I was reading and watching the pictures.
A few moments after, we were both laughing like crazy, each meme was funnier than the other.
"Oh, damn this one's good." I chuckled.
Then, I caught a strong scent.
Yoongi.
I couldn't lift my head because I didn't want to see his angry face.
"Hum." he cleared his throat, making us look at him.
Hyungsik quickly took the phone and stood up. "Master." he bowed.
Yoongi's eyes were literally piercing mine. They were slowly shifting from brown to red and his fists were clenched. But it looked like he was trying very hard to keep calm.
"What are you d-" he didn't have the time to finish his words when a voice surged from nowhere. "Yoongi!"
I turned and saw a blond guy running with a stupid smile and hugged him.
He hugged him.
"I missed you!"
Look at him being all touchy. I furrowed and wondered how Yoongi could let him touch him as he wanted.
"Who's this?" I whispered to Hyungsik who simply shrugged.
Jinyoung came too and had the same reaction as us.
"This is my butler Jinyoung and Jinyoung this is my father's friend's son, Lucas."
It still doesn't explain he's being clingy to you, my dear.
"Also his fiance." the blond added with a smirk.
Oh.
I almost choked on my saliva hadn't been for Hyungsik who tapped my back.
I widened my eyes and stared at Yoongi who was nervously scratching the back of his neck.
"M-master? I didn't know you were engaged!" Jinyoung exclaimed.
I know, right? Someone has secrets here.
"Well, uhm, I forgot it." the black haired mumbled.
The butler frowned and stared at Lucas like he was some kind of insect but the boy didn't seem to care, he was just smiling, tugging on Yoongi's black shirt.
"You are the butler, right?" the blond said. "Bring my stuff to the room and be careful not to break anything. My suitcases are from Louis Vuitton so you better watch out." he added arrogantly.
Louis Vui.. what? The hell is this s**t.
"You p-" Jinyoung clenched his fists but he was good at controlling his anger. "Alright, sir." he said calmly.
"You should call me young master, I'll be his husband after all."
I saw Yoongi staring at him with surprise.
The butler just nodded and headed to the car.
"It smells like Beta here." Lucas turned to me and Hyungsik and frowned. "I thought all your servants were Alphas."
"Not all of them."
The blond shrugged. "Anyways, you!" he pointed at me. "Prepare me a cup of tea, white tea preferably with two sugars, also don't forget some biscuits."
Wait, what? I gasped.
Did he just-
"What are you waiting for, hurry!"
"Lucas, don't talk to him this way." Yoongi mumbled.
"Oh, come on he's just a servant."
"He's not a serv-"
"I will prepare it now." I cut him off and approached them. "Anything for my young master." I mumbled, sending a death glare to Yoongi before leaving to the kitchen.
I was angry. I didn't walk normally, I literally destroyed the ground with my steps.
No, but seriously how can he hide the fact that he had a fiance! It's a big deal it's not just a joke. After all what happened, he is engaged huh! Why did he treat my wound, why did he buy me clothes and why did he kiss me while he was engaged?!
This man is impossible.
"Ouh, looks like someone's not in the mood." the chef crossed his arms. "What's the matter with our Jimin?"
"Nothing." I shrugged. "I need to prepare a tea."
"For the master?"
"For the young master." I mumbled with a frown.
"What?" he furrowed. "What are you t-"
He stopped talking when he spotted the blond entering the mansion through the window. "Oh." he smirked. "I see now."
"He didn't dare telling me he was engaded."
"No one knew it." he rubbed his chin. "I remember the last time I saw Lucas, it was like three or four years ago, he was still just a child look at him all grown up. He got very handsome."
I sent him a death glare and he just smirked. "His father was the old master's best friend, they knew each other since they were still puppies and they never stopped meeting each other, even after their weddings Mr. Wong would bring his baby to play with the young master and his little brother."
"I still don't see why they're engaged." I mumbled, staring at Lucas who was sticking to Yoongi's body while they sat on the leather couch.
"Oh, oh!" the chef exclaimed. "Your eyes are shifting my dear, control yourself."
I closed my eyes and breathed heavily. My chest tightened and I felt my heart bursting inside.
"Here, drink." he offered a cup of fresh water to calm me down.
"I hate this mate shit." I mumbled angrily.
"You should get used to it, darling."
I furrowed and poured the hot water on the tea pouch.
The chef helped me put some biscuits on a small porcelain plate while I prepared Yoongi's coffee.
"Everything ready, take it to them and make sure not to provocate a fight, alright?"
"Alright." I rolled my eyes.
