HAVING A COOL MOM IS NOT THAT EASY

C L O U D

"H e y ! Y o u r hair's turning white!" Shun chuckled while he patted my head to get rid of the pilling snow.

"I could say the same to you," I smiled while I also ruffled his hair allowing the snow to fall from his head.

We just arrived at the station. The last train didn't arrived yet and since it was already late, only few people were waiting at the flat form. The snow were still falling heavily and the temperature decreased in pace.

Several minutes passed, the train arrived. It was deserted and all I could hear was the clashing of metals and the sound of the train. He was silently sitting beside me when the train suddenly slowed down. This is the third time that it had to stop because of the heavy snowfall.

We waited for five minutes until the announcer announced that the train couldn't continue to operate for today due to the snowstorm.

I was surprised and worried when I heard it.

I looked at the window and I recognized the place. We were meters away from the third station then I looked at Shun who was busy tapping at his phone.

"Ummm. T-This place is already near the third station. Y-You can stay the n-ni-night at my place if the snow won't stop." I said, stuttering. Great. I was always good at stuttering. It was my first time inviting someone to sleep at my place. If he would agree.

He was surprised for a moment then suddenly lighted up.

"Sure!" He grabbed both my hands sending sparks and squeezed it. "Sure!" He said again excited. "If it's okay."

I blushed then chuckled. "O-of course."

Why so excited?

My mom was already in the station waiting for me and she brought an umbrella and a jacket. I ran as she opened her arms to hug me. We cling tightly to each other until I remembered Shun.

I blushed while losing my grip at my mom and turned to Shun.

"Mom, I brought a f-friend. The train stopped and his home is still at the fourth stop. I can't leave him, so I invited him to stay the night." I explained.

"Sure, honey! s**t really happens." Mom chuckled.

"Don't call me that! And watch your language!" I said and I heard Shun chuckled.

"You're such a handsome boy!" She handed my jacket to him since I was wearing Shun's. "Thank you for taking care of my honey. . ." she paused and mentally saying what's the handsome boy's name.

"Shun." We said in unison.

My mom looked at the both of us making me blush and she laughed. "How cute!"

I felt my face turned red.

" Y o u r m o m was kinda cool." Shun suddenly opened the door open that surprised me and colored my face with the darkest shade of red when I saw him wearing only a towel on his waist down.

I turned around and continued on laying the bean bag in the floor. We didn't have a guest room and it was too cold if he would sleep at the sofa, so he ended up sleeping in my room. And I didn't really mind.

Oh god, he's sexy. I think I'm having a nosebleed.

I know, I sounded like a pervert but I never really thought this day would come. I secretly breathe out and told myself to behave.

I could feel my cheeks burning.

"Y-Yeah?" As if I was unsure. "Your change of c-clothes are on my study table."

Luckily, I had some loose t-shirt and pants, since he's more bigger and taller than me.

"Thanks, Cloud." I heard his footsteps and I tried to busy myself.

"It's no-nothing." I said and blushed like I always do.

S H U N

Cloud's room was like a typical high school student room. And the very attractive thing in this room was the small rectangular cabinet filled with colorful books. Some books were also piled at the floor beside the cabinet and some were pasted on the wall like tiles.

Seriously, he've got a huge collection of books. And it wasn't my hobby to read books, maybe I would try reading one, someday.

"I'm sorry about the mess." I heard him said while getting inside the bag that he laid earlier.

He always blushed and it never failed to stir something inside me. s**t, I sounded like a pervert. But I couldn't help it! He was so cute, adorable and he's the kind of man that makes you want to protect him, like a girl.

"It's not messy, if you can only see my room. It defines the word messy—very messy." I chuckled. "Hey, you sleep on your bed." He was so cute in his pajamas.

"No, y-you should sleep there. It'll be so e-embarrassing if you sleep here. I mean, you're a. . . guest."

"But it's cold." I held his hand and dragged him to stand and pulled him to the bed. But he fought, he was trying to pull his hand while blushing.

"D-don't be so stubborn." He said.

"You are!" I grinned and enjoying the moment. It was so rare to see him acting like that and his ears are all red.

I pulled him and he lost his balance so we both stumbled on his bed topping me. s**t, call me a pervert but my crotch reacted and I know Cloud felt it because he gasped at my chest.

I was about to wrap my arms around his waist when we heard a knock from the door.

In a blink of an eye, Cloud stood up and I could see him trying to surpass his blushing. I sat at the bed and the door opened.

"Good night boys!" It was Cloud's mom and she frowned while looking at the laid bean bag. "Honey, why are you using that?" She pointed the bean bag as if it was a disgusting cockroach.

"Huh? Where do you want me to sleep then?" Cloud said.

"Ain't your bed big enough for the both of you? And it's kinda cold."

"I can handle the cold!" Cloud ran to the door and forced to it close with his mom peeking inside. "Good night mom!" He said and locked it.

"You two looked like a cute couple!" Her mom shouted from outside.

I was surprised when I heard it then I saw Cloud's ears turned dark red.

"Shut up!" he shouted facing the door.

Then we heard her laughed out loud that made me laugh too. That's why I liked her!

Cloud turned at me which made me stopped laughing, he bowed his head down and silently went to the bean bag and wrapped his whole body.

He suddenly glanced at me that my heart jump. "Sorry about my mom." He said then covered his head.

I chuckled. "No, I really like your mom."
