I couldn't quite decipher if it was a command or a simple request, but the mere thought of being alone with Ace after sharing the story of how we met made me wish I could find the nearest hiding spot and seek refuge there. Unfortunately, with Dad and Lily observing our every move, I couldn't escape the situation. So, summoning all my courage, I nodded in agreement.
